"A great quiz. Makes you think about what you have, what you're lacking and what can be done better. No company or entrepreneur is perfect. Always things that can be improved."

Sara Seranander

"A thought provoking questionnaire rather than the usual bland multiple choice questions. Helps to identify key strategic areas which need focus."

Jason Dyche

"A brilliant quiz. Very pertinent & useful."

Piers Courage-Jones

"This is a great exercise. It's helped us confirm areas for improvement that our senior leaders suspected might require improvement. We now have a live action plan linked to Tom and Dionne's report."

Rob Green
Director, CSR Group
"Taking pictures is only half the business in running a photography business, you have to find and win customers too. The quiz feedback was very helpful to pinpoint where and how we could grow even further – and what's standing in the way. If in doubt, take it!"

FAQs
How is my score calculated in the quiz?
Your score in the quiz is calculated directly from the answers you provide in response to the self-assessment questions. Each answer earns you a certain number of points, and your total score is the sum of points from all correct responses.
Does a low score mean my sales results can't improve?
Absolutely not. A low score simply means there is more room for improvement. We've worked with numerous companies who've started from nothing – with no sales function whatsoever – and built high-performance sales team.
Now I have my score, what should I do?
If you want to know more about the root causes of your sales challenges, or you want to actively start fixing them, the next step is a one-to-one discovery call with either Tom or Dionne Mallens. Hit the 'Book a call' button below to choose a convenient time.
